Our website objective is to keep in line with the latest fashion. From time to time changes will be made to the website i.e. updating the website to replace content that becomes out-dated, out-of-season, no longer available, alter certain areas of the site. There will be times when items have appeared during a previous visit and may not be available upon your next visit again. We reserve the right to make changes to the website without any advance notice and, reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

We have made every effort to ensure the item’s on our website is accurate as possible. However, the colors that we use and the display used could differ based on your own personal monitor that you use, in return may greatly affect the colors you actually see on the screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your perception and cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colors, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate or the same as the actual product.

Payment


Payment for all items is required prior to dispatch. All orders must be made through UK pounds sterling by major credit/debit cards will be accepted for payment and all payment will be made through a guaranteed secure third party website, Sage Pay and Pay Pal. We do not accept payment by cheque, postal order, bank transfer.

American Express credit card will not be accepted.

In case your credit/debit card is rejected whilst making our on-line payment, do confirm that the details you have provided on the website are correct. Your name and address details must match the card-holder address details held by your card issuer.

Your credit card company may undertake additional security checks to confirm it is you making the order.

In the event of your order card issuer refusing payment Budwals will not be liable for any delays of your order we have the right to cancel your order we only ship to the credit card billing address.

We Can Cancel Your Order


We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we dispatch to you the goods which form the subject matter of your order. We may at our total discretion reject your order.

Cancelling an order


Recently newly placed orders can be cancelled provided the item has not been dispatched. In case the item has been dispatched then we regret to advise that the delivery process cannot be stopped. If required, you can still return the items but, any outward cost will not be refunded. Please see our Returns Policy.

Delivery


All orders are dispatched as soon as possible we shall not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses by any delay in delivery of the goods. Once payment has been cleared we aim to process all orders and dispatched by Royal Mail.

 

CAN SOMEONE ELSE SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY ?
 

Royal Mail require somebody at the delivery address to sign for the package.

This signature is electronically logged for security, and any signature at the address is taken as proof of delivery by us. Once a delivery is obtained at the address we cannot be held liable for packages misplaced or lost after the signature is recorded. Please make sure you select an address that you consider safe for delivery if you are unable to sign for it yourself.

Washing Instructions


It is your responsibility to check the washing instructions as stated by the manufacturer on each individual garments labels. Any information provided by this website is given to and buying process only. We are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect washing.

Overseas Order


Local import taxes may be applied outside the UK which will be your r. The customs office may hold your goods if the local import taxes are not paid.

If the customer refuses to pay taxes and returns the goods back to us we will deduct our postage and pay the difference. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing and Availability


All prices shown on the website include VAT and are quoted in (Great British Pound) GBP. The information on the website is accurate and u to the best of our knowledge. However, there may be instances where errors may occur i the information. We can assure you that any errors on the website are unintentional and we sincerely apologize.

If the pricing is inaccurate or there has been an error on availability then we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price.

Once your order has been placed an email confirmation will be sent to you. This e-mail is only a confirmation that your order has been received but not a guarantee of stock availability.

If you have ordered goods that are not available?


If you have ordered goods and is not available at the time of placing your order you will be sent an email that your order has been cancelled or we will be given the option offer a different product and any payment already made by the customer will be refunded in full if required.

Damaged/Defective items


If the item(s) received are damaged or faulty and are to be returned then you are obliged to advise us by email within 48hrs. Labels must be attached.

Promotions & Discounts


Discounts are given in the form of £ savings or percentage off and are offered to customers via e – mail. Discount only applies to full price items (sale & clearance items are not included.) we have the right to cancel or charge any promotional discount with out notice at any time.

How do I use Promotional Codes


If using a promotional code, simply enter the promotional code in the ‘promotional code’ box at the check out stage of purchase. Some promotional codes will be subject to a minimum spending.

Competition & Prizes


Prizes are non negotiable and non refundable. There is no cash or credit alternative. Competition and prizes will vary season to season. The competition is covered by English Law. Entrants must be at least 18 or over and proof of I.D will be required.

Gift Vouchers


Gift vouchers are able to be purchased from the site and have a 12 month period from the date of issue. Gift vouchers are non refundable and there is no Credit/cash alternative.
